accordance with contract requirement.
After Operation a check of client satisfaction

To achieve these objectives, Al–Dammam has set the following targets for 2018 to 2021

To Keep the cost of Non–Quality Below 2% of the revenues
To follow–up client satisfaction reporting.
To further consolidate our common equipment follow process across Al Dammam and subsidies.
